Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the minimum credit score to apply?
    We understand everyone’s situation is unique, so that is why we consider credit on a case-by-case basis. As a general rule, a credit score of 680 will get you the best security deposit terms.
  • What will disqualify my application?
    Generally, the following items are automatic disqualifies: Bankruptcies that have not yet been discharged at the time of application. Open collection accounts. Outstanding judgments. Seriously delinquent accounts.
  • What documents must I submit with my application?
    The following documents must be uploaded during the application process. Please ensure they are in .pdf format. Two most recent pay stubs. Non-expired government issued photo identification. Most recent bank statement.
  • Am I required to maintain renters insurance?
    All leases with the Kiley Management require tenants to maintain personal liability insurance. The most common way to accomplish this is with a renters insurance policy.
