Welcome Home!
Congratulations and welcome to the family! We hope your move is a safe and pleasant one. Below are some important things to keep in mind as you approach move in day.
Lease Signing
If you have been approved for a home but have not signed your lease, please contact us at (248) 509-4560 or home@kileymgmt.com to sign your lease. Your security deposit, pet fee (if applicable), and first months rent are due at lease signing.
Keys
Keys for your home are available as early as 8:00 a.m. on the day your lease begins. Key delivery will be scheduled during your lease signing.
Rent
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rent can be paid by ACH transfer* directly from your bank account or by credit/debit card**. To initiate a payment or set up recurring payments, please log in to your Tenant Account.
We understand that life can get busy and paying rent may slip your mind. That is why we offer a full 3 day grace period where no late fees accrue.
* A nominal $2 fee applies to ACH transfers.
** A nominal 2.99% fee applies to credit/debit card payments.
